Refund Policy
For our service plans, if an issue is reported by the Customer, Solisys Digital Technical team will resolve the issue at no additional cost to the customer. However, if Solisys Digital Technical team has not been able to resolve the issue within the first 30 days of the service, a full refund will be issued.
For incident-based plans, If an incident is reported by the Customer after the service has been completed, Solisys Digital Technical team will attempt to resolve the issue at no additional cost to the customer. Customer will be eligible for refund when any of the following conditions are met: Solisys Digital technical is not able to resolve the incident and it is still outstanding after 15 days. The issue is out of scope for the incident based plan and 15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by an Solisys Digital technician.
Notwithstanding this Solisys Digital may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer. Refund amount shall be directly credited to the credit card, the details of which are registered with Solisys Digital.
